The Oak Ridge Boys, a cornerstone of American country and gospel music, have enjoyed a remarkable career spanning over five decades. Known for their rich harmonies and crossover hits like “Elvira,” “American Made,” and “Bobbie Sue,” they have earned multiple Grammy, CMA, ACM, and Dove Awards. Their accolades include inductions into the Country Music Hall of Fame, Gospel Music Hall of Fame, and Vocal Group Hall of Fame. ​

In October 2024, the group released Mama’s Boys, their latest studio album and first to feature new tenor Ben James, who ed following the retirement and subsequent ing of longtime member Joe Bonsall. Produced by Dave Cobb, the album is a heartfelt tribute to mothers, featuring tracks like “Come On Home” and “I Thought About You, Lord,” the latter a collaboration with Willie Nelson. The album was recorded at Nashville’s RCA Studio A and Blackbird Studios.

Originally planning to retire from touring after their “American Made: Farewell Tour” in 2023, the Oak Ridge Boys extended their tour into 2025 due to overwhelming fan and the success of Mama’s Boys. They are also set to record another album later in 2025.
